The game takes place in Siberia during the October Revolution, where a group of passengers has survived a train accident and must endure the harsh climate until they can be rescued. The game focuses on the survival of the characters, where the player must meet their needs, gather resources, expand the camp, take care of security, and explore the surroundings.

The game features an innovative class relations building system, where the player must overcome class animosities between party members to survive. The player must manage scarce resources and stay alive in the frosty wilderness of Siberia before help arrives. The game features nine unique characters coming from different social origins and grouping in three society classes. You can discover intimate stories and past of all party members, and build and expand your own camp to increase the chances of survival. The game also features dynamically changing weather conditions and unforgiving Siberian wildlife affecting survivors' lives.
